The use of services provided by SocialFanUp constitutes an agreement to these terms. By registering for or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service, and SocialFanUp shall not be held liable for any loss incurred by users who have not read these terms. 1. General Provisions

By placing an order with SocialFanUp, users are automatically deemed to have accepted all terms of service listed below, regardless of whether they have read them.

SocialFanUp reserves the unilateral right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notification. Users are expected to review the current Terms of Service before placing each order to ensure awareness of any changes or future amendments.

Users shall utilize the SocialFanUp website solely in a manner that complies with all agreements and guidelines set forth by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms on their respective Terms of Service pages.

The prices for services offered by SocialFanUp are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to pricing will not affect the existing payment and refund policy. SocialFanUp does not guarantee a specific delivery timeframe for any services provided. While we make our best efforts to estimate the delivery time, this is an approximation only. SocialFanUp will not issue refunds for orders that are currently being processed, even if the user perceives the processing time to be excessive.

SocialFanUp is committed to delivering the services expected by its customers in a comprehensive manner. In this regard, SocialFanUp reserves the right to alter the type of service if deemed necessary for the successful completion of an order.

All prices displayed on the SocialFanUp website are in United States Dollars (USD). SocialFanUp shall not be held responsible for any financial losses incurred due to fluctuations in exchange rates applicable to the user's local currency.

2. Service Terms

SocialFanUp services shall be used exclusively for the purpose of promoting users' social media accounts and enhancing their "Visibility."

SocialFanUp does not guarantee interaction from new followers; our sole commitment is to deliver the specified number of followers purchased by the user.

While SocialFanUp endeavors to ensure that all accounts have a profile picture, complete biography, and uploaded images, a 100% guarantee cannot be provided.

Users shall not upload any content to the SocialFanUp website that is obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for the social media community.

Users shall not knowingly exploit the SocialFanUp system, including but not limited to gaining unauthorized advantages, exploiting system speed, or utilizing any other system vulnerabilities in a manner inconsistent with the intended use of the website's features or the purchase of services.

Should a user change their username, password, email address, or any other mandatory account information, the system will automatically suspend operation until the user logs in again and restarts the system. Any period of system inactivity resulting from such changes will not be added to the user's license duration.

Refunds will not be provided for orders placed for private accounts. Users are responsible for ensuring their account is set to public before placing an order.

SocialFanUp assumes no responsibility for users' actions and their consequences, including but not limited to account or page suspension, or content removal. No refunds or compensation will be issued in such instances.

SocialFanUp shall not be held liable if user accounts are suspended or terminated for any reason.

SocialFanUp is provided as a tool to facilitate automated processes for the convenience of users. Spamming and any violation of applicable laws are strictly prohibited. SocialFanUp reserves the right to block any adult-oriented or legally prohibited content without prior notice.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. SocialFanUp guarantees the delivery of the services purchased by the user.

Compliance with the terms of service of any social network used and adherence to all applicable legislation are the sole responsibility of the user. The use of SocialFanUp is at the user's own risk.

Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: The person who places an order on socialfanup.com, using the name, email address and other details entered during checkout.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the sale of the digital social media service (followers, likes, views, comments and similar) that the Buyer selects on the website, at the price shown at checkout, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service, Price and Payment

The service type, quantity, social media link and total price (taxes included) are shown on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email before payment. Payment is taken by credit/debit card through a licensed payment institution; SocialFanUp does not store card details.

4. Delivery

The service is delivered electronically to the social media account or post link provided by the Buyer, as described in the Delivery Policy. No physical product is shipped.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form and to digital content delivered immediately. By confirming the order, the Buyer agrees that delivery starts right away and that the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started. Orders that have not yet started may be cancelled as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Obligations

The Buyer is responsible for entering a correct, public account or post link. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered quantity; if an order cannot be delivered, the unpaid part is refunded.

7. Disputes

For complaints, the Buyer may contact us first at contact@socialfanup.com. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made are authorised within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

The Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement and the preliminary information before payment.

Delivery Policy

All SocialFanUp products are digital services. No physical goods are shipped and no cargo or shipping fee is charged.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled free of charge before delivery has started by contacting contact@socialfanup.com, WhatsApp +90 530 190 09 69 or live support with the order number. Once delivery has started the order cannot be cancelled, since the service is performed instantly in electronic form.

Refund method and time

Approved refunds are returned to the same card used for payment within 3 business days of approval; it may take up to 7–10 business days for the amount to appear on the card statement depending on the bank.

Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us so we can solve the issue quickly. For refund inquiries, please contact our support team via email at contact@socialfanup.com or WhatsApp.

In the event that a dispute or chargeback is initiated after a payment, SocialFanUp reserves the right to terminate all future orders and ban the user from our site. Additionally, SocialFanUp reserves the right to retract any followers or likes delivered to the user's or their clients' social media accounts.

Orders placed on SocialFanUp are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once submitted. In the event that an order is undeliverable, a refund will be issued.

Orders placed for incorrect or private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Users are responsible for verifying all order details before submission.

Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the immediate termination of the user's access without exception.

Users are advised not to utilize more than one server simultaneously for the same social media page, as this may result in inaccurate follower/like counts. Refunds will not be issued for orders placed under such circumstances. Please exercise caution.

Most of our services commence instantly; however, a few services may require 24-48 hours for delivery. If your service is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance. Our support team is available for 18 hours per day.
